~Aoi~

While the building was indeed more or less destroyed from the second floor up, Aoi used his light magic to disintegrate any rubble that would fall on the two girls inside. Aoi wondered if he would have to fight alongside Cam to prevent any more random acts of destruction.

~Seung~

Soryu patted both Asuka and Seung on the head. "There, there, there. There is no need to become frustrated or confused." Soryu then reached up and placed a hand on Minara's cheek ever so gently. "I see... perhaps, this is an illusion."

Seung frowned. "No, this is reality. Right, Asuka?" Asuka remained silent and merely looked at Soryu. Or rather, the entire world seemed to suddenly freeze for everyone but Seung, Soryu, and Minara. "Asuka?"

Soryu looked at Minara. "What is your name?"

~Tina~ and ~Sailor Chaos~

The initial blast, with the combined efforts of Tina and Nicoli, shattered the shields, but was weakened enough that it only knocked Tina off her feet. Tina quickly stood up again, holding the strange white blade in front of her. When she had originally fought Sailor Chaos, she had a group of four other Senshi to back her up. Could she do it with only Nicoli?

Sailor Chaos finally seemed to register her two opponents proper. "Oh, good day." She smiled, still holding her staff at her side. "And the two of you are?"

~Asuka~

Asuka thought for a moment. "Or the small earthworm from below could have surprised them."

~Minako~

Minako arrived in her room, wondering what her strange encounter with Sailor V was. It seemed strange that she could neither make out Sailor V's face, nor the words from her mouth. "Was she even there in the first place?" It seemed very doubtful to Minako, as she changed from her school uniform to her casual clothing. For many moments, she pondered the situation, drawing very little to no conclusion.

Finally, Minako decided that she would have to take matters into her own hands. "I guess the best way to know would be to find Sailor V myself." She quickly put on a jacket and ran out of the house. It was time for an investigation.

[Tessa]

~Cam~

Cam laughed at Nikolai's comment, "What, you think I care about them? You obviously don't know me!"

Grabbing a piece of rubble he collapsed it between his hands, and with a shout of, "Singularity Cannon!" sent it flying towards Nikolai.

~Minara~

Minara blinked at the child before her, and then at the other that was supposed to be Seung. After a moment she softly answered the first child, "Minara... You're Soryu right? You think this is an illusion?"

~Lanella~ and ~Fushichoo~

At Asuka's comment Fushichoo blinked once, and then let out a giggle, "Well it is very salty after all."

Lanella meanwhile frowned, and then looked at Asuka, "You said before that I awakened you with my healing powers? Do... Do you know how?"

[Nicci]

~Nikolai~

His laughter came as he brought his glowing blade to slash through the compressed rubble that had been launched his way. The weapon screamed fiercely as it moved now, a terrible sound that could make the devil's skin crawl. The screams of the innocent he had slain, all echoed in the soul of the blade.

"Your death comes for you Cam!" Nikolai brought his blade around to strike at the man.

~Nicoli~

"Nicoli Cross." He spoke, helping Tina to her feet as he called the shards back to him. The blast had torn yet another part of his coat away, and Nicoli didn't look too badly worse for the wear.

~Sailor Chaos~ and ~Tina Geistort~

"Tina... Geistort," she said, letting herself be helped up by Nicoli.

"My, it is a pleasure to meet you." She began slowly walking towards the pair. "However, it seems that your timing has been off. You see, today is the day that Chaos will descend into the world and plunge it into an all eternal and veritable hell for you all. I am really sorry about that, but there is no need to fret." The Senshi's staff was glowing again with energy. "I will make sure that you two suffer a far less painful death than at the hands of the beast that is to come."

Tina growled, holding her sword up again once she was balanced on her two feet. "I have no intention of letting you or Chaos have your way."

~Asuka~

Asuka, satisfied by making Fushichoo giggle, addressed Lanella. "What do you mean by that? It was you and Natsuki who had come in and healed me. I am not sure of the reasons, but I believe you used a simple healing spell that happened to react with my own magic."

~Seung~

While Seung was wondering why the world had frozen in place for everyone but him, Soryu, and this Minara individual, Soryu began speaking. "Yes, I believe this is an illusion. I had a vision of such a thing happening a long time ago. Seung would never be able to escape on his own. After all, his weakness is the strongest from everyone else and his guardian angel was never myself nor Asuka. We were people who relished this peace as much as he did."

Soryu smiled at Minara. "However, there is now someone who will be by his side to help the lost child find his way. Minara, please, from now on take care of Seung."

Soryu then stepped away from both Seung and Minara. Seung looked at her curiously. "Soryu?"

Soryu smiled back at him. "Thank you, Seung. Even after all these years, you held me dear enough that I have retained almost all of the powers you remember me to have, as well as my personality. In that regard, this illusion will be a simple matter to defeat." She then turned and smiled once again at Minara. "You may not know it, but you have a little of my power in you as well. At the very least, you, Minara, should be capable of waking people up from the illusion as a person who always seeks him out."

She then gracefully bowed to the two. "Well, then, let us have the two of you exit the stage of memories."

For an instant, nothing happened. Then, as if lightning struck the very world itself, everything shattered like glass and turned to darkness. The next time the two would open their eyes, it would be in the real world where they last left off.

~Minako~

Minako watched in astonishment. "The final moments of him," she whispered. It played out like a cinematic piece as Sailor V fought and defeated Danburite. He slowly faded away, telling her that her love would always be doomed, but because of this, she could always focus on her missions. "So that... I could focus on my mission," Minako whispered sadly.

She didn't have to look when Sailor V revealed her face by taking off her mask. "So that is a part of me, isn't it?"

She turned to leave, but was stopped. "Kaitou Ace?!" It was the young and popular idol hero. But, wasn't he just defeated by her other self?

"Sailor V... no... Sailor Heart!" She stood a little straighter while he smiled at her. "It is almost a miracle that after all this time we are able to reunite."

Something triggered within Minako. "Adonis..."

Adonis smiled. "However, it seems that my power did become useful after all." He flipped over a playing card that Minako caught. "Use that. It is your new symbol, representing all sides of you. Whether it's here, the Silver Millennium, Crystal Tokyo, or modern-day Japan, it seems you always choose the same path, right?"

Minako laughed. "I can't help it. I am the pretty soldier of love and justice, after all." She flipped over the card to reveal the Queen of Hearts. "Initiating Protocol Zero: Henshin!"

~Aoi~

Aoi continued to watch the battle. Luckily, the area was set up perfectly if he ever had the need to jump into this mess. "However, I'd prefer it if I didn't have to fight just yet," Aoi whispered to himself with a sigh.

[Tessa]

~Cam~

"You think the same old tricks can defeat me!?" Cam said with a laugh as he jumped high into the air, anti-gravity pushing him higher and higher, "It will take a lot more than swinging a sword to even scratch my armor!"

Placing his hands together he thrust them towards Nikolai, "Graviton Beam!" he shouted as the wave of gravitational energy flew at Nikolai.

~Fushichoo~ and ~Lanella~ and ~Minara~

Lanella frowned, but nodded to Asuka, "I guess I can try..." she turned and held out her hands over Minara, who at that moment gave a gasp and her eyes fluttered open, "Did I do it?" Lanella said with surprised as she pulled her hands back."

Minara, ignoring the others about her, quickly sat up and found the older Seung. Making her way to him she placed her hands on his shoulders, "Seung, can you hear me?"

Fushichoo, for her part, had managed to wander her way over to the second girl, and tilted her head as she looked at her, "Do you think she needs to be startled awake?" she asked Asuka.

~Asuka~ and ~Minako~ and ~Seung~

Asuka blushed a little at the thoughts of what Fushichoo had in mind for waking up the girl. However, seeing Minako's eyes already stirring, she coughed and looked away. "It seems you won't have to do anything for now."

At Minara's touch, Seung's eyes shot open. The only person that filled his vision was Minara.

[Nicci]

~Nikolai~

A wild grin formed across his face as he continued to fly directly toward the beam that had been sent his way. His fist tightened around the blade and his free hand began to glow before bursting into a wild and unnatural flame. The flames licked up his left arm, wild colors for a fire; vibrant pink, green, violet, and silver. As the beam neared him, he lifted that hand in it's path and laughter escaped him.

~Nicoli~

Nicoli gripped his blade tighter, os stood before him, and there was nothing he could do in this moment to thwart it... No. This was not truly the enemy they sought. "Tina, this is not really this Sailor Chaos you fear..." His eyes moved to find the other one, falling on Isis, he did not hesitate in gripping the orb tighter and sending the shards of his crystalline blade flying toward her. "Eliminate the source!"

~Nikolai~

The beam of gravitational energy slammed into the hand that was engulfed in a voracious Fae Fire, a seemingly psychotic laughter escaping him as the energy was pulled into the fire and causing it to grow, intensify as it engulfed his entire left arm. For a moment, he seemed to hover in place, merely smiling. "Enough games Cam. Let's fight like real men!"

[Tessa]

~Cam~

"Oh, I was already fighting like a man," Cam growled back at Nikolai, "But if you want me to fight with more power I can certainly do so!"

Bringing his hands back he acted as if he was going to do the same attack again, but instead he simply grinned and increased the gravity beneath Nikolai to 10 times normal.

~Fushichoo~ and ~Lanella~ and ~Minara~

"Seung!" Minara said happily as she leaned down and hugged him firmly, "Were you really that little boy?"

Lanella meanwhile, unsure what to do, backed up a bit and quietly watched to see if the third person would awake as well.

Apparently forgetting about what she had been about to do before, Fushichoo turned and looked at Asuka with a bit of concern, "Are you well? Bees in your knees, or maybe a mote in your throat?"

~Seung~ and ~Minako~ and ~Asuka~

Asuka gave Fushichoo a small wave. "Just the usual small frog," she said.

Minako, meanwhile, got up with a small yawn and a stretch, as if it were completely natural. "That was a good nap," she mumbled, rubbing her eyes.

Seung received Minara's hug, somewhat bewildered. "What little boy?"

~Iris~ and ~Tina~

Iris was struck by the shards, too busy in maintaining the illusion to even notice that the illusion itself had been weakened by Nicoli's keen observation skills. She fell with a thud, some of the shards having gone right through her and she lay motionless.

Tina regained her senses once Nicoli had broken the illusion. "The... the enemy?"

[Nicci]

~Nikolai~

The source of his flight apparently was unable to compensate for the increased gravity, the weight baring down on him and lowering him to the rubble with considerable ease. He managed to hold himself upright as he began the arduous and angry trudge toward Cam.

~Nicoli~

Not having intended to slay her, Nicoli rushed over to Iris' side. His eyes moved over the wounds he had inflicted and with a slight grip of his orb he drew the shards slowly to himself. A frown crossed his lips as he looked her over, thinking if he had the proper spell or rune to deal with this situation.

[Tessa]

~Cam~

"You can still walk?" Cam said with a laugh, "Impressive! How about this?"

With Nikolai no longer flying Cam was able to focus his control and bring his full power, 15 times gravity, to bear on Nikolai.

~Fushichoo~ and ~Lanella~ and ~Minara~

"Such amusing creatures," Fushichoo said with a nod, "What will all the jumping and singing."

Minara blinked in confusion, "Maybe that was just an illusion then? I don't know any Soryu though..."

Lanella, seeing that most everyone was fine, quietly approached Minako, "Are you alright?" she softly asked.

[Nicci]

~Nikolai~

The angered Half-Nekojin groaned in protest against the added weight, his feet stuck fast to the ground, coat and sword heavy in his hands and on his frame. His eyes moved up to glare toward Cam, free hand balling into a fist as he refused to kneel and gritted his teeth. Strained and enraged, his voice was barely comprehensible. "You won't win this game!"

~Aoi~

The temptation to use a cheap shot to finish off the adversary briefly crossed Aoi's mind. After all, was victory not enough reason to slay an enemy on the spot?

However, he knew that such thoughts were not becoming of "heroes" or would-be heroes. Instead, he waited, both to see how Cam would deal with his weakened opponent and whether or not René would finish her repairs on her friend.

'Wait... René?' Aoi's thoughts suddenly turned to the girl with the dark aura. How had he suddenly remembered her name as if it were only natural for him to know her?

~Seung~ and ~Minako~ and ~Asuka~

Seung's eyes opened slightly wider at the mention of a name he hadn't heard in awhile, as did Asuka. Both of them nearly jumped at Minara. "You know Soryu?!" The two had said it in unison.

Minako smiled at Lanella. "Yeah, yeah, just peachy." She then looked at the group before her. "Well, it seems we've managed to make some ground headway. You guys aren't enemies, right?"

~Tina~ and ~Iris~

Once the shards were removed from her body, Iris took the opportunity to grab Nicoli's neck with her right arm. "Careless being," she whispered, snapping Nicoli's neck into pieces... or she would have if it weren't for the fact that her right arm was forcibly cut off by a sword that was thrown right in between herself and the nekojin.

Iris looked over enraged at Tina, who had now regained her senses more or less, though the girl was still tired. "It'll take more 'an that to kill any of us."

[Nicci]

~Nicoli~

He stood, pulling the arm off his neck and tossing it aside. "Vicious and dishonorable woman." With his blade back in place, he held it at the ready, awaiting the trickster's next trick.

~Iris~ and ~Tina~

Iris smirked, though she took a glance down at where are arm used to be, now it being no more than a bleeding stump missing from just above her elbow. "Well, it is true that I am a trickster or illusionist. It is my ability to see beyond what can be seen and to make others see what should not be seen."

Tina frowned at the demoness. "Yer jus' talking in riddles."

Iris laughed. "Yes, yes, but at the same time it distracts you from what I'm really trying to do. Now, have you ever wondered even for a moment what my true intention of fighting you to was?"

~Ruins~

In the midst of the ruins away from anyone else, something began to gather. This something was still formless, but at the rate it gathered, it wouldn't stay so for long. Anyone who happened to be in the vicinity would seen feel an overwhelming sense of familiarity at the sudden gathering of Chaos.

[Nicci]

~Nicoli~

The sudden wave of energy pulses through him, and he feels the chaos gathering in the distance. His eyes lift from his blade off to the distance. "We have to go Tina..." He tightens his fist around his blade, eying the demon before him.
